Cancellation Policy
At Claire Steele Permanent Cosmetics & Aesthetics we require that all clients with an appointment and wish to cancel / reschedule give us 48 hrs+ notice. If a cancellation is required with less than 24 hrs notice, a fee of 50% of the total cost of the service will be enforced. If you cancel with less than 12hrs notice or decide to simply not show up for your appointment a fee of 100% of the service charge will be enforced.
We hope you understand that we haven’t made this decision lightly, but with recent ‘no shows’ the decision has been taken out of our hands.
